Mr. Andrews is a talented and seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience using technology to solve important business issues. He brings a wealth of expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), product development, new business startup, corporate turn arounds, strategy development, business development, rapid growth management, profit and loss reporting (P&L), and organization development in public and private companies. 

Prior to joining iQ, he ran a private consulting firm, Energy Conservation Management, Inc. (ECM), which he co-founded in 2012. ECM focused on commercializing innovative technologies that conserve energy for commercial operations, including a system for optimizing the energy efficiency of industrial boiler systems and a patented Plasma Pulse Technology for enhancing the production of Oil and Gas wells with an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional well stimulation. Throughout his career, he has worked with dozens of companies ranging from small start –ups to mid and large corporations, across an array of industries including financial services, renewable energy, manufacturing, software development, technology development, oil and gas, transportation and education.

He was a key member of two executive teams that built the foundations for small companies that have grown to be multibillion-dollar enterprises, FleetCor, and WEX currently trading on NASDAQ and NYSE. As the Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for eFunds Corporation, he oversaw mergers and acquisitions in five different countries. He was an important member of the executive teams that engineered turnarounds for eFunds Corporation and PHH Fleet America. Periodically he is asked to advise entrepreneurs affiliated with the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI), a startup incubator in Phoenix Arizona.   

Mr. Andrews holds a BSBA from Bucknell University, an MBA from the University of Colorado, and he is a graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program.
