Rose Carmichael is a seasoned executive with global experience. Her diverse background is in operations, international sales, senior level management and board of directors for both USA and international companies. She has lead management teams in various industries including medical device, automotive, power systems, software services and financial services.
Rose co-founded Carmichael & Company in New York to provide financial services to middle market companies. As investor and Board of Director member of multiple middle market companies, she has led successful exits to both financial and strategic buyers as well as IPOs.
Rose currently serves on the Rochester Institute of Technology President's Round Table as well as for the Kate Gleason College of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council.
Following her German Ph.D. program at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Rose founded ENB International, a technology related Investment Bank in Frankfurt.
Rose joined Deloitte & Touche as a Managing Director of Global Corporate Finance in their New York office.
Rose joined Siemens Corporation in New York City where she expanded the Siemens business units across the US as Director of Business Development. Rose later joined Siemens AG in Munich, Germany and became the Executive Director of Strategic Planning & Internal Audit for the global operations.
Rose began her professional career as systems engineer with Xerox Corporation at Palo Alto Research Center.
Rose graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
